Developed the trust QIPP portfolio to identify £15 million savings though multiple projects. Set up and managed a Clinical engagement program for the optimisation and adoption of their CRS program (Cerner EPR program)

 

Key acheivements were:

 

• Developed and delivered a clinical enagagement program to enhance adoption of the Cerner EPR

• Implemented an accelerated enhancement program to customise and redesign the clinical EPR capabilities

• Develop a long term clinical information systems strategy for the trust and the PCT 

• Advice the senior management on the healthcare IT strategy and align with the new buildings project 

• Performing for Excellence project lead for Income generation work stream

• Support the trust to meet the Healthcare commission reporting needs and building a robust information management platform 

• Advisor and Clinical lead to the Trust Program Board and Trust Design Authority
