Developed their strategy and QIPP portfolio which helped in the successful application for Foundation trust status.

Achieved over 2.2 million pounds QIPP savings through design and adoption of new technology solutions​.

Some of the major transformation that was delivered were:

 

• Develop Clinical systems strategy and  drive clinical adoption of the Cerner CRS solution

• Clinical engagement for the Trust QIPP program and the trust FT application process

• Redesign and service improvement in maternity services

• Redesign and implementation of Learning Disability services 

• Redesign of endoscopy services to streamline workflows and increase capacity

• process improvement in patient experience team,

• Trust Risk Management team and Clinical governance framework revision

• Management of clinical risks and serious incidents
