Strategy & Cost Improvement (CIP)

 

Our integrated approach to CIP moves the organisation systematically from diagnostics to quick wins thorugh long term sustainable cost improvement programs. We

Delivering value through strategic Clinical Commissioning has been a key strength of ours. Our deep understanding of NHS commissioning and contracting processes along with delivery of Cost Improvement and Quality has helped many CCGs and CSUs deliver thier contracts on time and on budget. We specialise in developing CQUINS, Quality schedules and Transformation strategies for CCGs working with providers across primary, acute, community and mental health care settings
